QUESTION:    HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

ANSWER: 

 1.    Browse through your favourite categories to find a product of your choice. E.g men > shoes, Tshirt, etc.

OR
Enter the product name or type of product ( e.g. Shoes) into the 'Search' field, and press 'enter' on your keyboard.

 

2.     When product appears, browse through the product page to get all the information about the product you have chosen.

 

3.    Once you've decided to buy the product, select your desired size ( if applicable) and click 'add to cart'.
Once the chosen product has been added to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping, or complete the purchase.

 

4.    To Complete your purchase immediately:
After clicking add to cart, you will be taken to the shopping cart. In here, you can add a message in the box called ' special instructions' e.g. Leave package with my neighbour'.
To order the product you need to click on "Checkout". 

 

5.     'Checkout' - once you've clicked on 'checkout' the checkout page appears. On this page you can see the products you've ordered, and you can select a delivery type, and a payment option.
The delivery type is either Free OR a charge will be specified.
The payment options are:
- Pay on delivery
- Pay at bank 
Select a suitable payment type and click complete.

 

QUESTION: HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

ANSWER: Currently we have three modes for making payment.

  1.  Card Payment (using local or international debit & credit cards)
  2.  Pay On Delivery ( Cash or POS)
  3.  Online Bank Transfer
  4.  Bank deposit

QUESTION: Are your products genuine?

ANSWER: We only sell genuine products. Most of our products are traceable to their origin. We source our products from trusted, and reliable wholesalers, and manufacturers. All our suppliers are from Europe (UK, Italy, and France).

 

QUESTION: HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

ANSWER: Delivery in Lagos is N1,000

SAME DAY Delivery Within Lagos is N1500 (Order must be placed before 11.00am)

Delivery in "Outer Lagos" (BGRY, IKRD, IBEJU) is N1,500

For deliveries outside Lagos, the price varies based on location. The prices are as follows:

  • S/W NIGERIA (inc. OY, OS, OG) -  ₦2,200.00
  • EASTERN NIGERIA (inc. PH, Warri, Benin) - ₦2,899.00
  • NORTHERN NIGERIA (inc. ABJ, and MAK, KOG) - ₦3,200.00 

 

QUESTION: HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

ANSWER: We aim to deliver your goods within 1-3 working days. However, we advice our customers to allow up to 7 working days to receive their goods. We will always call you to confirm the delivery date and time of your purchase.

 

QUESTION: WHO WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL?

ANSWER: There are two delivery methods. Ninostyle Delivery, and Courier delivery. We operate our own private delivery service for deliveries within Lagos only. We have also partnered with reputable courier service companies to deliver goods to our customers all over Nigeria.

  • ACE (Africa Courier Express) www.ace.ng is one of our trusted courier partners. 
  • GIG (God is good) Logistics www.giglogistics.com is one of our trusted courier partners. 

     

    QUESTION: DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

    ANSWER: We do not deliver to P.O.Boxes. A person is required to accept, and sign for the parcel.

     

    QUESTION: CAN I CHOOSE A DAY OR TIME FOR DELIVERY?

    ANSWER: Although we are unable specify a time for delivery, we can certainly let you choose the most convenient day for delivery.

     Does shoe width increase with shoe size?

    Generally speaking, the bigger your foot, the wider it is. Shoe width doesn’t just apply to the distance between the widest part of your shoe, but also how deep it is too.

    Shoe size and shoe width tend to be proportional in standard sizing, so large shoes may run a little wider than necessary if you have long, but narrow feet.

    However, we’d advise against opting for a larger shoe size, solely for the purpose of getting a wider fit, as this could cause a trip hazard.
